for LIBERTY Products
Policy:
Energytime, LLC provides for an easy 60 day money-back guarantee for any LIBERTY Product. Simply, if you do not experience an energy reduction under normalized conditions- you may return the product for a money-back refund.
The 60 day period starts at the purchase date or shipment date of the Product, whichever is later. Your money-back satisfaction is guaranteed within the warranty period. If returning a LIBERTY EnergySaver Product for any reason, units may only be returned with a pre-approved “RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION” (RMA) number issued and approved by Energytime Customer Service. This RMA number must be on the outside of the shipping box or the shipment may be refused and returned to the consumer.
How:
Materials should be returned in “as-new” condition and packed adequately to prevent damages. The RMA number must be on the outside of the box or the shipment may be refused. Shipping, handling, taxes, installation labor or incidental materials and charges are not included in the refund guarantee.

Refunds:
Refunds will be promptly processed after inspection of the returned products and verification of the product serial number. Credit card payments will be issued a credit card refund; check payments will be refunded in kind. No refunds will be issued for damaged, misused or abused equipment, judged solely at the discretion of the Company. At the discretion of the customer, a credit may be applied toward the purchase of another LIBERTY Energytime product.
Intellidyne Guarantee Policy for Intellidyne Products
Intellidyne guarantees that you will reduce your energy consumption for heating or cooling by a minimum of 10% less energy in the first full year of use, or they refund the full purchase price of the product, subject to some restrictions. They must pre-approve all returns.
